Situation: The customer needed a machine that can make uniform gluing of small components, which is why precision was a very high priority. At the same time, the machine had to be simple and quick to operate, and finally the cleaning of the equipment was a high priority.
The machine: Letech Machines designed and manufactured several semi-automatic gluing stations for the customer that met the set requirements, and they have minimized the manual process, while at the same time the quality of the assembly has been significantly improved.
